  Honestly the worst people to possibly buy from. I had the car for 24 hours and the motor mount snapped while I was driving and I had to get it towed to the shop. So they tell me everything's fine now blah blah blah after only about a week BOOM a second motor mount snapped while I'm going 65mph and almost smacked me into another car. Well getting these guys to fix any of these issues was like pulling teeth because they didn't want to cover any of it. Instead, they told me it was my fault that the mounts broke and that I was probably beating on the car, because thats what you say to customers. Well from day one the car has been making this slight tick noise and they told me it was normal but now it's worse, I gave them the benefit of the doubt thinking the motor mount was causing the ticking but now I know that's not true. I've been calling them for over a week to at least have them look at it and they refuse to call me back. These guys LOVE to half ass everything and greet you with a smile that seems like it does no wrong. These guys are liars, they're rude, and won't call you back the second you buy the car and there's issues. DONT. BUY. FROM. THEM.

  Talked to the owner he was very friendly but a liar.. let me explain. Called in on a f350 the pictures on the website looked amazing, truck looked like it was in great condition. I talked to the guy and asked is there any rust? It looks really clean. His answer was no it was from West Virginia and it’s very clean all around. Well traveled 3 1/2 hours to see this truck got there and look underneath the teuck I could stick my whole fist through the rockers... the man was right there was no rust on the truck.. THERE WAS ROT!!!! I told him you said there was no rust he goes I didn’t say that, so I said come here look at this that is clearly rot and he goes well that’s why the truck is priced like it was. Besides that the truck was repainted on the bed and you can tell it was in an accident.. bunch of other stuff was bad all around bad dealership don’t bother even looking it doesn’t matter how nice the pictures look because the cars there are shot!

  Good price. Great people to deal with. Friendly and helpful. Just bought a 2004 Cadillac Escallade. Very clean truck and great price. they gave me a free 6 month extended warranty as a courtsey . Strongly recomended. Thanks Moe and David

  I bought a BMW X5 from Great Buy Auto Sales at the end of October (October 28). From the minute I left the lot I have had issues with this vehicle. When I first took the car back for a jumping in the car I was told it was probably water in the GAS and that their mechanic shop found nothing wrong with the car. Low and behold this problem kept occurring and the check engine light came on, and when I took the car to a real shop it was misfiring and I had to replace all the coils ($600), and the issues didn't stop there, the check engine light came on again and here goes another $1,000 to fix the car, and the windshield wiper fluid is leaking. Now today, the car has to go in the shop again for some strange noise, shaking, etc. Oh, and yeah I had to replace something with the muffler. I have spent so much money on this lemon, and not even certain how much I have to spend today once I get the car in the shop AGAIN. I put down $7,000 on this car, and paying $25,000 for this piece of Junk, I wish I could just give this car back and have never went and bought this car. All I have done since DAY 1 is spend money on this car. Of course, I only had a 30 day limited warranty and once in the 30 days that I took the car their mechanic could not figure out the misfiring and issues with the coil and send me home saying it MIGHT be water in the gas tank. Thanks Great Buy Auto Sales for selling me a Lemon BMW X5. I wish I had waited a little longer and gotten a good car, not a lemon that I have to fix every two weeks and spend tons of money on. Only good note about this place is that Isaac my sales person was extremely nice...too bad Isaac your dealership sold me a lemon I wish I could return.
