  Service was top notch ! called and asked when I could be seen for my car problem and was told bring in it today. Rich was So professional called me and advised what the problem was and my car was ready by 5 pm ! I have told my friends GO TO GREAT BEAR for GREAT CARE !!!

  I no longer dread going for car maintenance since I found Great Bear 4 years ago. Rich is good at describing the different options when facing repair, showing me the actual parts that need to be fixed, which puts me at ease. He also once fixed a dent I had in my front bumper at no charge, he just popped it back to its original shape, which was really nice and helpful. They also have a clean, spacious sitting area with free coffee, which is definitely nice when you have to wait.

  Took my camaro in for some custom exhaust work ( header installation ) and couldn't be happier with the outcome. Great work by Rich and his crew.

  This was my first experience with Great Bear and I really enjoyed it. They are super professional and honest. They did not try to push any unnecessary service or component, quite the contrary, I was told my rear braking pads were a little worn out, but could safely be used for one more month. Besides that the service was extremely fast, well done, and they have one of the best prices around. I am really pleased by this first experience. Richie and Dave definitely got themselves a returning customer.
