Management here showed a lot of integrity in working with me to right a wrong related to a faulty oil filter. I appreciate the honesty and professionalism.

So my friend doesn’t have any brake pressure and brakes aren’t working. He takes it to these clowns and they tell him he needs new calipers and it will cost 800 bucks. They gave him this quote in a strong armed fashion saying they can’t let him leave because the vehicle’s brakes are barely working and it’s a safety issue. I told him to leave and let me take a look. Upon inspection, an $11 brake line is all that was needed. It was so obvious that I can’t give grease monkey the benefit of doubt that maybe their diagnosis was a mistake. They straight up lied and tried to hustle someone outta 800 bucks. These guys are trash. STAY AWAY!!

I usually don't write reviews but today, the customer service was awful. I used to love this place because they are fast and convenient but definitely not coming back anymore. I got my transmission flushed with them and ask, "if some thing came up because of this flush, can I come back?" He just declined and did not think it's their problem.

Took my vehicle in for an oil change a few years ago, and this was my experience: After 3 hours of waiting, I was finally good to drive another 5,000.....or so I thought. Two days later, the oil icon lights up on the dash, along with the dreaded “ding, ding”. So I pop the hood and check the oil..... it’s extremely low. Pissed off, I pull over to the nearest auto store to buy 5 quarts of oil. 8 hours later, driving home from work, the oil icon appears again. Turns out my vehicle was leaking oil, fast. After inspecting the oil plug, I discover the bolt is cross-thread. Finally, I drive back to Greasemonkey and ask for a refund, “Sorry, I can only offer to top off the oil and chase the drain threads”. This shop is absolutely horrible, in every way. If I could give less than 1 star, I would.
