  I really wanted to like this store but unfortunately was extremely unimpressed. Love the concept but the staff seems to lack good customer service. My first/last time in was two weekends ago, upon walking in I was not greeted which was okay, the girl at the counter seemed busy. I looked around trying to get familiar with the store, nothing was sized and most of the clothing was more mature looking. I made my way towards the purses and counter, still no greeting, when I realize the girl at the counter was coloring!!!!! She was doodling completely unaware of customers. Finally, she acknowledged me and I inquired about becoming a consignor. I will say the consigning aspect seems better than Platos or Uptown, so that's a plus. The girl was nice enough but lacked customer service skills, you never tell the customer that your store only has a month left on the lease (ending by Nov) and that GW is unsure if they will continue on with the concept after that! Why would I want to consign at a store that more than likely will close next month? Awful! The last straw was when I asked about a pair of Birkenstock shoes I had seen in an advertisment, she had no idea what I was talking about. No product knowledge at all! Very disappointed, I will not be back.

  The clothes here were all very good brands and in good condition. They have a good selection of business casual with brands like Loft, Express, and Banana Republic.

  Went in for the first time today its like a sub store of good will. It is a consignment store. And i loved it as soon as i walked in and the employees were nice especially the girl she was super sweet! And the prices arent bad either
