  I ordered a sample and it came within days. I then placed an order on 12/4/17, online it has said processing. I have called for over a month trying to get an update as well by email. While their messages say they will return the call within 30 minutes, they have never returned my call. I am beginning to wonder if this is just a very sophisticated con. I will work with my credit card company to attempt to get my money back and shop elsewhere.
