  My Wife's 2014 tax were filed incorrectly and she was audited and had to Pay $550.00. I informed Mr. Grant and he informed me his staff made a mistake and that he cannot possibly check every file that comes through his office. I asked that he check her 2015 & 2016 taxes as well and come to find out her 2016 tax was filed incorrectly as well and we will have to pay back $350.00. Mr. Grant nonchalantly stated "yes we made a mistake and filed incorrectly but your wife received more money so just pay it back". i felt this was very unprofessional because we did not pay Mr. Grant's fee to have our taxes filed incorrectly. we asked mr. grant for his fee back for 2014 & 2016, he became very irate, stated he was not going to refund his fee and hung up on us. we wrote him an email requesting the fee and was ignored. if you chose to go with Mr. Grant, beware he may not be the one filing your taxes, and hes take no liability for his staff and does not mind stepping out of character and being very unprofessional.

  Mr.Grant is great & takes the time to help you. I would recommend to anyone who is looking for good accounting help.
