I am a contractor who's put a LOT of money in their pockets for granite! They will sell your slab right out from under you! After all the business I've pushed through them, i had a customer that i brought there and she picked a slab... she winded up wanting a bigger island so she'd need two slabs. They were out of that lot, understandable! They wouldnt out right refund me my money, understandable! But you can't switch out that material for TWO slabs of MORE EXPENSIVE material?! When i called about this to get it handled the front counter girl kaitlyn put me on hold and when she came back from speaking to her boss she was rude and matter of fact "Your contract strictly said no refunds or returns of ANY KIND." Mind you this is not a messed up order at mcdonalds this is a business that i drop hundreds of dollars into several times a month. They have O concern for their customers, who are also running businesses! The worse part is they have out right refunded full slabs for several of my granite buddies. ***If you want great quality granite at good prices check out omicron!***

They will sell your slab right out from under you!! They never called to let me know they where releasing my slab. Picked out my stone, one week later i call to confirm my stone. They didnt have any in stock, and never called me for release!!! IF they can sell it today and not wait a week for you and your installer, they will!!!

We at Granite Depot strive to make our customers feel like family and pick out their perfect slab. As far as "poor workmanship" goes- we do not fabricate (cut and build) or install the granite- we simply supply the shop who does that with your slab. I am a little confused about that comment since there is no "workmanship" to be done here with our stone. We import stone from Brazil and Italy and put them on display for you to see. I am always here to answer questions or help. If you need me, call me!
