::Horrible trip. I would give this zero stars but google won't let me. They advertise the trolly with ac. Which does not work and reading through the reviews it hasn't worked for a year.

::Horrible experience. Had to wait 2 hours for the Grand Trolley to get to Market Street Plaza. Couldn't buy our tickets there either because they apparently don't sell tickets at Market Street Plaza. Bad A/C, too hot. Almost flew off my seat beca use of the lack of seatbelts on the trolley. On the positive side, the tour was good, narration was very informative, and Perry, our driver, added a lot of funny touches which made the experience a little better. Overall, don't bother riding the buses. You can take a tour of your own and get free brochures if you ask and if you're willing to walk a couple of miles.

::My mom and brother came in to town and my family purchased 5 tickets hop on tickets on Saturday May 28, 2016. The air conditioner on the trolley was not working and it was extremely hot. The trolley was over crowded with people standing and with the air conditioner not working and the windows up it was twice as hot as outside. My mom is 73 and after the first stop we had to get off the trolley because I was concerned she may pass out. We were all hot and sweating horribly and could not enjoy the tour at all. I will not recommend this tour to anyone due to that fact.

::Today we took the tour and I must say we enjoyed it. We had a driver by the name of Phillip who was very informative and you can tell he loved his job. His voice was similar to a radio personality which kept your interest on duration of the tour. Great experience and I would definitely recommend it

::Awfull experience with this tour. We were given a map of pick up points to 'hop on and hop off" this tour, but were not told that we HAD to start at stop # ! and that the map was only a 'rough idea' of where the exact stops were. We did some sight seeing first and thought we'd hop on midway through town... saw two trolleys go by, but they didn't stop where the map indicated they would. Finally, walked back to the Alamo where the office is and asked for a refund, since we were never able to locate or use the trolley. Denied, if course! Luckily, I had used my American Express card and they removed the charges for me. What a rip off!!
