  Horrible experience! Do not take your vehicle there for service. They can't even fix a weather strip properly. They literally tried to upsell me a whole new set of tires, failing to realize that I had already replaced the tires through them only 900 miles ago. A real bunch of idiots over there. (Added 5/5/18) I find it amusing that rather than picking up the phone and calling an upset customer, they are asking ME to call them. I will never call or do business with this dealer again. I should have known better when they made me pay for the labor to replace a rim that was chipped on a brand new car before I took possession. The service manager, Don, even tried to convince me that my 900 mile tires needed to be replaced because the car was stored in an unheated garage over the winter. All he was doing was trying to cover for the incompetence of his service team.

  I was quite skeptical as to how my dealership experience would go before I went inside. I had been interested in the Chevy Volt and was prepared with many questions. Thankfully the sales representative that assisted me, Rob Sommers, was EXCELLENT. During and after my test drive, all of my questions were answered. The overall pleasant experience pushed me towards my first Chevrolet purchase and I couldn't be happier

  This is the second time I Lease a GMC vehicle and I love this GMC dealership. If you're looking for a car you should definitely go see Mark Rothenburg. He is the best car dealer I've ever dealt with. He will do his best to stay within your budget and get you the car that you want without trying to surprise you with extra costs or overpricing things on you. I would recommend him without reservation to anyone looking to purchase/lease a vehicle.

  I found the staff to be very knowledgeable and professional. Maurice Parke was my go to guy. His vast experience and knowledge made my purchasing experience very pleasant. There were so many options and decisions that it was easy to become overwhelmed. Maurice Parke walked me through the process and got me an excellent price for my brand new Yukon XL Denali. I am very happy and excited with my purchase and will definitely come back to Grand Prize to buy again. Kevin Meehan
