  As a car enthusiast, I often work on my own vehicles. I researched the likely cause of my check engine light and brought TSB printouts with me. The part cost was about $60, very reasonable. My service advisor called to verify my appointment time and let me know about their shuttle service. They took care of a seatbelt issue on my Mustang, and we were very happy customers.   As with any car buying experience; every consumer should understand it’s a boxing match, with the dealer being the Walter weight champion. If I did not state this i would not be fair- but after going toe to toe with the team at Grand Prarie, I feel as if I did come out on the winning end of the ropes- I will stand by their integrity to uphold the deal we initially agreed upon, even though there a few hard round fights. After visiting the majority of the Ford Authorized dealers in dfw- they ultimately won my business due to having the perfect vehicle. I would recommend them in purchasing a vehicle through... but always always always do your home work and make sure you know what to expect through the process of making this kind of an investment.

  I needed a bigger vehicle because I am a foster parent to 3 kids ranging in age from 5 to 11. My current vehicle is still being paid for. Jackie was a great sales person because he ran numbers for me to trade in my vehicle but the payments would have been too high. So he came up with a solution by not trading in vehicle and was able to get a better rate and price. It also help with the rebates for end of the month. From the moment I walked in the door to the time I left with my new vehicle, the service was superior and went beyond my expectations. I would highly recommend the dealership.

  Jackie was awesome. He was knowledgeable and helped me find the exact vehicle for my needs. I will never buy a vehicle anywhere else. The customer service was first class from each and every person I encountered. This was not your typical car buying experience by any means. I highly recommend Grand Prairie Ford.
