  Very nice hotel and pleasant staff. I was given an early check in without a hitch even during a very full week. Scott at the concierge desk was very cheerful and helpful. The room is relaxing with an amazing bathroom! Great views of downtown too!

  Tasteful hotel in a very convenient location in downtown Seattle. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Service is quite attentive, from the doorman to check-in and housekeeping. Louise in concierge had many suggestions on how to celebrate our anniversary, and sent drinks/chocolates to our room when she realized why we were in the city. Overall, a great experience - will return again.

  This hotel is really nice. The gym is fully loaded and has a hot tub, steam room, and sauna. The staff are very friendly and nice. They provide a bunch of small things you can ask for if you forgot them at home. The location is also perfect and right in the heart of downtown

  Visited here as part of a wedding party and left very impressed with the hotel. The suites were very spacious with extraordinary views of downtown. The banquet room rented for brunch was decent sized with prompt service. Food was good, no complaints. Location is central to everything and easy to access.
