  We had a great two night stay while in town for business. The rooms are well decorated, the bed is comfortable and the staff are very friendly. It's also located within walking distance of many bars, restaurants, and entertainment venues. They also let us check out at 2pm due to our flight schedule. I recommend this hotel.

  I stayed here as an overnight guest for a conference for work. The location is great - right in downtown Denver. The rooms were nicely furnished, with comfy beds and nice views of the city. However, the service is what really shone here. Every staff member with whom I interacted was incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful. Also, I loved the option to send a text if you needed something, rather than having to call the front desk.

  I arrived quite late at night after a delayed flight and some frustrating travel issues. Needless to say I was looking to walk in and just hit the hay before my meetings in the morning. The front desk agent seemed to have read my mind, she was quick to check me in, offered me a bottled water and pointed me to the elevators. The whole stay (3 nights) was an absolute delight, from the friendly staff on site, the warm lounge and bar, and the consistency in the room cleaning and turned down for the evening. Will happily return to stay at this wonderful property.

  So to start off, staff is there to greet you at the door immediately. They have a very open style lobby. Desk clerks are very helpful and informative. The room was a bit tiny so I won't recommend more than 2 to a room. All furnishing were updated/modern also had a nice view of downtown. Also they give you a number to text if you need anything for your room which I thought was a awesome feature. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family. I will book again for my next time in Denver. Another thing location is prime because you are right next to the 16th Street Mall and many restaurants. GREAT JOB GRAND HYATT!!!!

  My husband and I stayed here as a little get away in town for my birthday. The location was perfect - an easy, quick jaunt down the block and you're on the 16th Street Mall. We walked from our hotel to the mall and found dinner right there, easy. Plus all the shops, there's really something for everyone. The room was nice enough, but I feel like we have stayed in lower level hotels that had nicer rooms. Breakfast also isn't a feature, which would have been great considering the money you spend to stay there. Overall, it was good for our little get away, but next time, I don't think I'd choose to stay there again.
