Amazing hotel. Friendly staff, clean and amazing artwork. Also great security. You can only get onto the elevator and your specific floor with your room key. We had the presidential suite which had the best layout and views we’ve ever experienced. The roof top bad was just the right size to enjoy with friends. We’re definitely coming back.

We did not stay here, but some friends and I visited for dinner. It was my friend’s birthday and we wanted to have a nice dinner and drinks. The food fell well below our expectations. The fries were probably the best thing. I had the salmon which was dry and lacking flavor. The drinks were mediocre at best. My friend ordered a medium-well steak (served practically well done) which was also dry and lacking flavor. My other friend ordered the Cesar salad with chicken, which she said was just okay. The restaurant itself is very nice. The food just did not meet our expectations at all. Very disappointed. The service was just okay — we did feel that others were provided better service than we were. I’m honestly unsure if we’ll ever return.

We stayed here through our Marriott Bonvoy card. It’s a beautiful hotel with lots of really cool artwork. The room was clean and spacious enough for 2 adults and 2 children. They have a texting feature where you can message them through the app when you need things or have questions which is super helpful. The valet is $40 day. They said you can text to get your car pulled up but every time we did the auto response was we had to call or come down in person. There is a fancy rooftop bar / restaurant so there is lots of people dressed up and drunk at night which was a little challenging with early bedtime with young kids. There is a Starbucks downstairs which is convenient and the kings kitchen is right across the street. Overall we loved the hotel and will be back.

The room and hotel are beautiful, but the surrounding area is incredibly loud. People screaming in the hallways, a drunk man passed out in the lobby. We were on the eighth floor and could hear people talking and yelling down on the streets. Made it very hard to rest. If the building was a little more sound proof, this would be an AMAZING place to stay. Concierge was amazing. We dropped off our luggage 2 days before our stay, and it was waiting for us when we arrived. Overall an amazing stay, just wish it was a bit more quiet.

The hotel is beautiful, floor to ceiling. But so far, my stay hasn’t been as beautiful. Upon arriving, the front desk staff was busy talking to other guests. I was able to get my key and info quickly but definitely didn’t feel valued. I got to our room to find ‘water’ stains around the toilet. I quickly called downstairs to request a room change and there was no answer. I tried a couple more time but no answer. So I walked downstairs and nobody was at the front desk. One of the staff members was in the lobby area on his cell phone. But he did immediately walk over when he saw I was headed towards the front desk. I was given a room I would like to assume was cleaner but then I saw the glasses in the room had a layer of dust that made it pretty obvious they hadn’t been touched/replaced in quite a while. It makes me question what else in the room hadn’t been replaced after previous guests. Hopefully, that’s all. Really disappointed so far.
