  Found this shop through Humanity SuperStore because I had a patio set which was used in my apartment as dining room set and wanted to give it away to someone who could use than throw away. Anyway, received a call after emailing company, spoke with representative, a lovely kind woman, who was very excited and passionate about the furniture, then she set up schedule to pick it up for following day. The next evening, their man was there, he was on point and I helped him because I live on 3rd floor so, it was only right to help. The staff are very helpful, considerate, kind and prompt and professional. If I had more to give away would have done so. In all, totally enjoyed my experience with them.

  Sold some antique furniture through this business: thus was the most unprofessional, aggressive, frustrating experience I have ever had. Also, I still have not received my money. Stay away.

  DO NOT EVER CONSIGN WITH THEM!!! PLEASE DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS! These are the most dishonest people on the planet... They took all my apartment's furniture, more than $15K in value, and after six months what do I get? According to Alex "A generous slip of a paper called "tax refund", since all of my "unsold furniture" will go to a charity....?!!! Every single person in that place is a crook, from Chris, to Alex to the not so smart Nathaniel!!!!

  Chris is super nice and helpful. The things here are all unique and have lots of character. And the prices are fair. I came in looking for a mirror to match my girlfriend's shabby-chic dresser and found lots of cool options. I'll definitely be back here to find her a nightstand too!
