  Wish this place had better service was told by three different companies this place was the place to go for a certain when I got there they told me to go back to Home Depole I was not able to get a key copies this place said they couldn't and told me to go back to one of the places that I was at first

  After a six week ordeal due to their poor customer service, my safe is FINALLY FIXED.. First, the technician broke the replacement part that I ordered for my safe (understandably mistakes happen). Secondly, it took them six weeks to get the same part that took ME 4 days to get from the same company. After calling Grah 6 times with no result, I called the manufacturer to find out the order was never placed. Thirdly, they charged me full price to fix what their incompetence started. If zero stars was available that's what I'd give. HORRIBLY RAN COMPANY! Buyer beware!! Review update from a one star: After receiving a call from Management inquiring as to what exactly happened I explained and they apologized and gave me a substantial discount for their error. Maybe there's hope for this company after all.

  You often don't think much about a locksmith until you need one...and need one NOW! The Grah Safe & Lock rep was quick, friendly, and very professional! I also felt their charge was reasonable. I would give them my recommendation.
