Go to garage for parking at events at the TD Garden. TIP - pay for parking before returning to your car. Line to pay for parking at the kiosk can be very long. Traffic to get out after a game is usually not to bad. 20-30 minutes not 45+

I've never had to deal with people so ignorant and churlish. Overpriced parking. Horrible staff. Tried to speak with the garage'a proprietor who was just as rude. Clearly the behavior conducted by the employees is only encouraged not corrected.

Great garage. Staff and manager are always welcoming when I go into the office there.

Some shady characters around there. If don't mind being asked for money, cigarettes,or seeing some children unattended or a "attended" by someone that don't realize for 5 minutes you've been talking to their child (Ren) then it's not bad

Do not park here if you value your time. This place certainly doesn't. It took 2 hours to get out of the garage after the Bruins game on 10/5/17. I've NEVER experienced that at any parking facility before, including this one. It's frankly unacceptable to have people wait that long to get out of a parking garage, and I think they should seriously reconsider how they exit people from your lot. After about 30 minutes of waiting, I called the office, and they placed the blame on the Boston Police, saying that police did not arrive to help, and that they would be calling again. Needless to say, that didn't help at all, and I didn't get out for another 1.5 hours. Reading the reviews that people have been posting about this facility lately, I can see that it is a common issue, and they have not addressed it. On the way out, I asked your attendant about what is causing the issue and he informed me that it has always been like that. I don't know if he was new, but I can assure you that it has not always been like that, and it NEEDS to improve if they want to justify charging $35 to park there for events.
