  Yeah, avoid buying from Gothic. I bought my kingsize captains bed that was supposedly all solid wood. A year later it cracked and the base under the mattress was 1/4 inch particle board supported by 1/2 thin wood strips around that were STAPLED in. It has been years, but every time I go to bed I remember them and have decided that now that I am forced to go through the expense of buying a new bed I will be taking a video and blasting Gothic until the day I die. Oh, they didn't help because the store I bought my bed from had closed or relocated.
