  Our experience was pleasant, the staff great, yes I do agree that the wait time sometimes is long, but it was worth the wait.

  I just watched a patient die in they care . its horrible .. SHE WAS A 22 YR OLD FEMALE. There'S only one way out thats a safety hazard imcase of a fire in the front theres no other way out . FDNY BROUGHT THIS GURL PULSE BACKVK AFTER 30 MINSS .nd they rushed her out. THEY LACK AT WHAT THEY DO. they want to put everyone to sleep for the money . I HOPE THIS GURL MAKES IT ALIVE . CAUAE THE WAY THINGS ARE LOOKIN SHE LEFT IN CRITICAL CONDITION . SHE WAS DOING VERY BAD . I SHOULD OF RECORDED MY EXPERIENCE !! ILL BE REPORTING TOU GUYS TO 311

  Horrible service! Front desk is rude and unprofessional. The wait is ridiculous 6-7 hours to see the orthodontist. They overbook everyone. Inadequate amount of staff.

  Horrible experience. Walked in for Tooth removal and I walked right out. The place is dirty is not sterile and staff are Unprofessional
