  Great customer service and cozy place to warm up on a cold morning. I like their bagel with olive cream cheese, also their lemon loaf is divine.

  Passive aggressive service and low quality food for overpriced cost. I would go somewhere else.

  Overpriced is an understatement. Consistently gets orders wrong. Their ice coffee is terrible. Their customer service is terrible, even for nyc. Worst cafe to go to on the upper east side.

  I’ve only been here once but the customer service was awesome! I’m allergic to gluten& eggs, I needed a little snack and randomly popped into this cafe. I asked them if they had any food that’s gluten free/vegan, they have a bunch of food that’s gluten free or vegan but went looking for a cookie they carry that is both for me. They were busy but still took time to find it which really made my day!
