  gorman homes are complete scammer..i was on the waiting list for almost a year. one of the property manager had me looking a potential home that they were building told me everything was great on my app and will move in in dec. when dec came i ran into all these problems for one.. the home was given away. then she had me apply again for another home and guess what that was given away too. they put whoever they want into the homes. if you not on any assistance you will not be getting a home with them
