  I give Gordon Biersch at Aloha Tower Drive two stars for one main reason, the recent increase in poor quality of foods/dishes served. Now, the view is fairly decent, given its location is on the port. The beers and beer selections are great (how can you go wrong). But the great taste in foods that you’d expect from a Gordon Biersch establishment has declined over the past year or so, and despite my optimism for it to return to local hotspot and tourist destination standards, it has not. I’ve conferred with the servers and management, who displayed some interest and concern; however, the action for change has not manifested. I’d say about half the menu is tasty in chef craftsmanship (some burgers, pastas), but the other half (I.e., salads, poke, some pastas, fish dishes) refuse to be served fresh, especially for the prices. Gordon Biersch, please read your Customers’ feedback and improve your inventory management or oust the chef.

  If you are from the states and expect a certain level of service, you will be disappointed. Service was extremely slow (never received one of our party’s order) and food was mediocre, but it is nice to watch the ships going through the channel. Beer was good, so if you only want beer, you are fine.

  Great service and tasty beer at a good price. Strongly recommend doing the $5 beer flights.

  Nice spot on the water. Beer is decent. The Cajun pasta was good. Server was nice. The bar tenders don’t acknowledge you.

  Excellent staff...awsome food....love love love "Taco Thursday" its not like your ordinary taco Tuesday that everyone else has. The general manager Joe Crockett is one of the nicest individuals you will ever get the chance to meet. Love it!
