  Nice store with a little bit of everything and great prices. The only bad thing is the way the check out lanes and customer returns/exchange desk are set up. If you want to return anything, you have to wait in the same line with the people who are checking out. The cash registers are first, and the return desk is at the end. The waiting lane is very narrow, so even if there's an open spot at the returns desk, there's not enough room in the line to pass the people who are only checking out and the line can be quite long. So when they're busy, be prepared to spend a 1/2 hour - 1 hour in the checkout line in order to return or exchange something. They could easily change things around to make separate lanes for checking out and customer returns. I don't know who designed that whole thing, but they were obviously not thinking and not considering the fact that their customers might have more important things to do than to wait in a checkout lane; when all they want to do is return something. Or, maybe they were thinking that if they set it up the way they did that they'd have less returns and exchanges because people don't have time to wait.

  Gordmans has been on the decline since filing bankruptcy. Their vendors are sending less products and a few vendors actually stopped sending products all together. Prior to bankruptcy Gordmans was the best store for all name brand cloths and accessories for the best price. Now I rate Gordmans 3/5

  The prices on clothes are great and great quality too. I am not a fan of the remodel it seems that everything is unorganized. I still shop here it's just not as smooth as once before.

  I used to go here all the time and when I went in a few weeks ago the place now looks like an unorganized flea market. I was actually in shock at how downhill it has gone. They really need to work on their organizing skills. Prices are still good though If you have the patience to go through all the unorganized racks of stuff.

  I've always loved coming to this store. The selection was always abundant and prices were so reasonable! I will admit this is my first time coming here in months. But what I seen today was horrendous. Just a mess. No organization. You'd find everything mixed together. I seen so many clothes laying all over the floor. Now, I understand, the shopper is mostly at fault there. Shoe boxes upon shoe boxes were laying empty. The selection was alright but I feel quality has went down. I would definitely keep coming back for house decor!
