  A pleasant experience all around. Employees were friendly and helpful. When I couldnt find the hat I wanted in my size the saleswoman offered to order the dame hat from a store in Dallas, the shipping was free and took only four days to arrive. When it did arrive I was suprised to see a nice little rote bag to transport the hat in.

  Love the hats in this store, but my wife and I drove an hour from our home just to go to this store on Sat. a little after noon to buy a hat for me to wear to the Kentucky Derby. The store was empty when we arrived and the 2 people working there could not have been less helpful. They did not offer to help me find my size as I tried on different hats. It took both my wife and I to get the hats down, pull the large out of the stack and try it on. At one point one of the "non-helpful" staff criticized us for not re-stacking them properly. As I don't work in a Hat Store I don't know how that's done and how about "you get the large down and hand it to me to try on rather than just standing behind the counter watching". When I finally found the hat I wanted, they did not have my size (not their fault) but they told me I would have to call the store in California after it opened to order it. I went home and very reluctantly after my recent shopping experience ordered it online. We really felt like they wanted us to leave the store.

  Awesome place. Just don't wear the hat that same day. Wait. Try it on and if you are for sure...buy it. They will give you a hard time with the return.

  I absolutely love this place, and they literally have the best hats in atlanta. I was shopping at another hat store here downtown Atlanta, and decided to google hat stores last week. I came across Goorin brothers and when I went to the hat store this past Wednesday. I FELL IN LOVE! JESUS CHRIST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I bought 4 hats, and Danny is my new (bestie)! He just don’t know it yet! Lol He was soooooooooooo helpful, full of life, funny, and HE KNOW HIS HATS. He can tell you the years, makes, fabrics, and everything from top to bottom which is amazing. He is now officially my (HAT EXPERT)…………………… I’ve been buying hats for years, and the knowledge that he gave me was unbelievable. I’m like omg! All of these years, I never knew any of this stuff. I bought all kinds of feathers to put in them as well, and I’m going back on tomorrow to pick up another one! Jesus take the wheel! I’m addicted! I have one favorite fedora hat that, I wear 24/7, but I have a nice hat collection. It’s just this one fedora hat, I wear non-stop. BUT NOW! HUNTY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It’s no longer my favorite, because all of my hats here are a MUST WEAR LIKE EVERYDAY OF MY LIFE! Danny ohhhhh! Danny! Why did you do me like this??????? Lmao I loveeeee you! Whenever you go here you have to ask for Danny just tell him your style, what you like, and he will hook you up. He made me fall in love with hats, I never knew existed seriously. So it looks like, I’ll be buying more hats than bags this summer! Well hold up! I’ll be buying them all year, because I have to have every style, design, and super cool hat that comes out from here on out. Their hats have great quality, they have multiple of fabrics to choose from, and they have great prices for all of their hats. So you're getting the quality, and a great price which is something you can't beat. Like the hats even fit my head perfect, and they range from small-x-large maybe bigger. The material feel so good with a lot of their hats that you want even want to take them off no lie. lol I was rubbing on all of the hats like WOW!!!!!!!! They have gained a loyal customer in me, because the other (hat store I was going to) IS out of LUCK! SEE YA LATER (OLD HAT STORE), and helllooooooooooooo Goorin brothers! I need to also buying some pins for my hats, because I will be switching up my flavors with each hat as I wear them. LAWD! I’m like staring at my hats as, I’m typing this review right now shaking my head! Saying to myself (GIRL YOU GONNA BE SO FIERCE, WORK IT, GET IT, POP IT, SHAKE IT, YASSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS! *SNAPS FINGERS*)! Soooooooooooo ya’ll better quit playing, and go to Goorin brothers, I promise you want be disappointed hunty!
