  TWO stars because, out of all the positive service and handling of the issue, the customer restroom was as if it was out in the garage, just NASTY!

  Waited all day for inspection/oil change. Dropped off at 9am. Picked up at 3:30 pm. Was told still needed some "minor " brake work and would need to bring back. Couldn't take me until Monday following week and my vehicle would be past inspection date. Even failed to do oil change. Took to different garage the same week and was told brakes were fine. Will not be returning to Goodyear

  My cars tire unfortunately ran over a nail, called GoodYear up, they got me into the shop super quick and didn't charge me a penny! Great people. Oil changes here are great prices as well!
