  Excellent customer service but machines are awful, definitely need new machines. Today were a total of 6 machines out of service and is because they are old. Got two in the picture

  I've lived the neighborhood for over 3 years and used this laundry the entire time. I have never complained about the old machines that sometimes do not dry properly but today the 1st time I said something about my cloths not drying properly and I was told it was my fault. Oh so disappointing that a few quarters in the name of good customer service ou'd more important that a faithful customer. I rather walk further to wash customer lost but I'm guessing they could care less but that's important to me.

  This place is great! They're very professional, quick and own up to mistakes if they're made (which rarely, if ever, happens). Highly recommended.

  Gets pretty crowded. Machines work well. Fairly priced and have a dry cleaning/alteration service as well - see pictures for price

  Pretty small and crowded. Also the washers require you load your liquid detergent right before the pre wash or wash cycle. I like OK on broadway better.
