::I called to have my refrigerator repaired....Keith Davis. came out to tell me it wasn't cooling......I already told him that over the phone.....he charged me $84.95 for a service call and going to charge me another $582 to repair it....my refrigerator was $4000 and only 3 years old...this company is a rip off..and I am not getting the credit for the service call

::We bought an LG refrigerator from Spencers with an extended warranty. The freezer and ice maker quit. Goldwing has come out 5 times, brought the wrong part twice, brought out and installed the correct part, and the freezer and ice maker still do not work!!!! It has been 2 months we were out a freezer!! Finally Spencers brought out a loaner so I now have 2 full size refrigerators in the kitchen! I have called Spencers several times and I have called Goldwing leaving messages and no one will call me back!! We are so frustrated!

::I called to have a quote and idea of what would be charged for servicing a refrigerator and I was referred by Spencers Appliances where I bought the refrigerator. The answering service was extremely rude. She refused to give me a quote on the service per hour. She said she "didn't know how much per hour they charged and parts and labor are extra." Incredible!

::I bought a whirlpool fridge from Spencer's with the extended warranty through Goldwing. The water and ice dispenser stopped working. The problem was the part from Whirlpool was on back order with no eta. The fridge was $2400, so I would expect to be able to resolve this. When Whirlpool wouldn't step up to help, Goldwing did. Joseph at Goldwing was able to work with the manufacturer and Spencer's to get us a brand new fridge. And he had the old one picked up, and delivered and installed the new one. Goldwing didn't have to do this. It was Whirlpool's defective fridge, and Whirlpool who could not supply the parts. But Joseph and Goldwing went above and beyond. Thank you.
