  The price was reasonable, and they performed good work (setting the stone and resizing the ring), gave good advice, and took our concerns into account.

  Brought in a watch for battery replacement/fitting and I was in and out in 5 minutes. No appointment needed. Reasonably priced and very friendly staff!

  Gregory is great! My experience with his store started when my now husband and I were looking for our wedding bands. Great selection, great customer service, great everything. We really didn’t want to visit other places after coming in. I am very picky person and I couldn’t even think that this process can be so easy. Gregory also worked on my request to transform my rose gold chain into a bracelet. I didn’t feel comfortable to wear it on my neck because of its thickness. This chain means a lot to me, and Gregory suggested few options how to make it look nice and use all of it)) The bracelet looks great! I couldn’t be happier! We bring our watches and jewelry there for repair quite often. To find a right jeweler is like to find a right doctor, if you know what I mean)) Highly recommend!
