  Golds Gym Carmel is great! All of the staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. The gym has so much to offer between its recently new equipment and variety of fitness classes! I would definitely recommend for new gym goers.

  I have been going to Golds Gym for about 5 years, I love the environment and the support from the staff. One of the best things about Golds are the classes that they offer. You get to workout in a motivational setting with instructors who are attentive to all levels of flexibility, strength, and fitness. I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else!

  I've been a member at Golds Gym Carmel for 9 years and plan on staying for many more. They have all the basic workout equipment you need to get the best results. My whole physical health lifestyle changed once I joined. The members and the staff are all also very friendly. All around great people. Glad to be a member here!

  I was not always a gym person, but Golds Gym has helped me to feel positive about belonging to a gym. Honestly, whether I'm having a good day or bad day; a workout here, always makes me feel better. The virtual graphics on the bikes and treadmills make it easier to finish my workouts. I like the variety of classes and the instructors are excellent at encouraging modifications for different levels. The owner and staff are friendly and happy to guide you when needed. I recommend this gym to anyone who needs a boost to their day.

  I have been a member since the gym opened. The owner Peter is always friendly and informative. The front desk staff, especially Brianna and Fred are always willing to answer any questions and always greet me with a smile. The price is affordable and the machines are always maintained and being upgraded. My home away from home, the BEST coffee in town!
