  The best laundry done right, machines are well maintained and clean, the staff not only know their job, but the Korean lady is very courteous and cute.

  Very bad experience. Very rude and not willing to explain the rate. Almost yell at me.

  OWNER WAS THE RUDEST PERSON 1st time in the neighborhood and I ask this owner with a smile if it is coins or loadable card like the other laundromat & she yelled at me bright early on the rudest tone of voice like she knows me very well! I don't normally put good or bad review on places but this one I had to! And I'm just going to leave this picture here people smoking cigarettes right next to the gas line

  The owner korean old man is so rude. Everytime i did laundry he went to see what i did and he didnt let you use the hot water because he turn it off only cold water available but he didnt put sign or even tell anyone so everytime i push the hot water button he will came and push the cold water cause otherwise there will be no water coming out.

  The owner is so so rude! I never seen someone like that. I came here to do my laundry today, have been here for three months now. Today the washing machine was not working well, since there was no water coming in to machine when it rinse. So I told the owner, she told me nothing wrong with the machine. And she blamed me that I put too much clothes, overload. Her attitude was horrible! my clothes was barely rinsed! So I had to pay extra money and rewashed with another mechanic! This time it worked perfectly, whole time was full of water! I had the owner came along and showed her the working machine, she didn't apologize for her horrible attitude! Somebody needs to replace this owner! Too rude!
