  On 8-26-16 I called this place re a possible medical malpractice and personal injury suit against a hospital and their medical staff of hospital errors, negligence, mistakes, patient profiling, medication errors, permanently scarring physical and mentally, misdiagnosis, unsanitary conditions and my overall well being and endurance. This place response was immediately my SSN, "you're not dead" my potential case wasn't worth their time and instead of hearing me out of especially of the racial profiling and intimidation I was subjected to in the hospital including force stay and had to demand my release along with the hospital indicating on a form that I was facing DEATH and would be dead within 24 hours cause I was allegedlly so critical and I wanted a second opinion and this hospital refused to let me leave. Also this hospital never allowed me to sign a HIPAA, Living Will, Power of Attorney or DNR. They were performing illegal procedures to get more money with fake diagnosis that costed me the strength in my legs to weaken and yes they did almost kill me had I not checked myself out of this horrible hospital in Glendale AZ! Goldberg & Osborne will not fight for you! Their commercial and ads is full of it not unless you are dead or in their words catastrophic etc. They would not hear me out and yet I was advised by the second opinion doctors etcs to pursue legal action against this hospital and medical staff. They did not need my SSN to do all of that! I'm sick of places racially profiling you based on the color of your skin and ethnicity as to who you are treated or what actions they take! I have no respect for fake ads on television "we'll fight for you" yeah right! In what country?
