::I would like to respond to Michele Browns post about our family business. First of all, I am not familiar with this person at all, we have never done any type of business with her. Secondly, we have been in business since 1979 and have always had a very good reputation for being honest and fair with our customers. As far as us not following the proper "Protocol", all items pawned or sold to us are checked out by the Jacksonville Police Department and are video recorded. Sometimes when we can not take certain items due to age or condition, sadly some people get angry with us. Thank you for taking the time to read this!
