::I was only in The Gold Coast for about 10 minutes picking someone up. I played a quick ten bucks. The video poker was playing pretty good. The place looked like it had a variety of different machines to choose from. It had excellent parking not far from the doors. It looked clean and cozy, like a smaller kind of local place. I didn't do anything else there so that's all I can really comment on.But it was an average experience in a local casino.

::This was our second trip to vegas. Both times we made it a point to visit Gold Coast for the buffet. It is a cheap escape for a solid breakfast option. The stations are all full and the servers are polite and friendly. There is a good selection of food for both breakfast and lunch hours. We usually go somewhere a little nicer for dinners, but overall for the price, you can't go wrong with ports o call at gold coast for a simple breakfast or lunch.

::The Gold coast is a great place. It's away from the main strip, so the hustle and bustle are a step down. We were lured in by the low cost buffet. It's much harder to find those good deals on meal prices these days! The buffet was well stocked with plenty of choices and the food was very good. After eating, we stayed for a few hours checking out the casino. While it was nothing spectacular, it is well ordered, clean, and up to date. All the usual tables and games can be found here. The staff was very friendly and chatty when approached. I really appreciate that bit of extra effort.

::Stopped over with a friend to grab a quick bite at Subway. The young lady making the sandwich provided excellent customer service. A 12 inch veggie sub and two small drinks ran me 15 plus change... a bit pricey. I had a promotional text for a free cookie, but was told that this Subway does not participate in the rewards program. On my way out I was happy to bump into a hot dog stand near the sports bet. Great tasting dog for only $2.00.
