  I bought a pair of earrings from here and they clean it for me whenever I need. I loved the ring as well and they saved it for me.

  Very classy boutique!! Without the typical pawn shop feel. Ask for Jose, I was impressed by his honesty and respectfulness. This was my first time to sell a purse so I had no clue of what to expect. Jose gave me an accurate quote on it, I accepted, I left the store happy. I hope to go back, but next time as a buyer. Thank you again, Jose.

  We visited this shop on Easter Sunday. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would!!! They were so helpful and polite! They helped us organize and sell various jewelry, coins, and other name brand apparel. We had a lot of items we we're unsure about, the employees were very honest about wether selling certian items like diamond earrings we're in our best interest or to keep them due to the quality of the diamonds. The staff were so friendly we may come back just to say hi the next time we are in Vegas! The staff mentioned that they are independently owened and operated and that customer service is very important to them and it shows! They even provide cold water to the homeless when they come by. Being a nurse that really showed me how much they care!!!

  I knew from the moment I walked in that it would be a different experience from every other place Ive been. It’s got a boutique feel and everything is beautifully displayed. DON’T bother taking your high end/designer items ANYWHERE else in town, especially not a pawn shop, because you will be disrespected by the lack of concern for the true value of your items, they actually treated my items respectfully and didn’t rush me out. Steven was very inviting, friendly and professional. Cisco is amazing, he listened and he’s very knowledgeable. fantastic customer service, fair/competitive pricing, respectful, and classy shop!!! If there were more than 5 stars I’d give them more, they’re A+++++++!!!!!

  One of the better high end shops I have been too in awhile. Straight forward & to the point with fair prices offered. Pays some of the best top dollar around town. Where most places give you 50% they offer 60% & trust me 10% makes a hell of a difference. Cozy little corner shop (clean & organized) & the guys that work there are friendly. They provided me with great customer service. I was greeted when entering & helped right away. The shop is OPEN 24hrs for those graveyard people like us which is the best part. I mostly visit during the midnight hour & the overnight dude is super chill. Definitely will visit again if need be in the future. Oh & I forgot to mention... for a shop full of guys, their store always smells so yummy kinda like vanilla bean frosting! Lol ;)
