  the staff and rooms are great. staff treats you like family and never lets you down plus its a fun place to hang with friends!!!!!

  This place is the perfect way to spend an evening with friends. There are private rooms to eliminate the chance of public embarrassment. Good drink specials. Quality karaoke equipment.

  Limited English songs but all the classic karaoke ones seem to be there. The happy hour special 5 beers 1 appetizer seems like a good deal to me. I think this place should consider allowing customers to pay for their time in advance and provide 15 minutes warnings when a room's time is almost up. Using that model will allow the staff to accurately inform waiting customers what the expected time might be.
