  This cleaner sends clothing out to a tailor- I guess that should have been the first red flag. They ask for directions on what I wanted to do with my dresses at the location and did not request for me to try on the garments. The person taking the direction told me that she understood what I wanted. I came back to pick the dresses up and they were way too short. I let the person at the front desk know (the same person I gave the instructions to) and she said - Well that's what you told me. I have been waiting to hear from the owner and reached out to the company again for a solution. My options are: Pay for the work that ruined my dresses and make them unwearable for work OR leave my dresses- that I own and paid for - there- for them to toss because they messed up. At this point- I have sought out advice as to how to handle the situation and everyone has agreed that the company should be responsible for the value of the garments. The company is not even leaning towards that solution and I am currently out of an entire summer work wardrobe. I do not know what else to do. I have heard that they are a great cleaning service- but note that they have no clue as to what they are doing when it comes to tailoring. They sound fed up and impatient with me- as they hold MY property that they DESTROYED for ransom - a high price for a botched job. If I could give them negative stars for my experience I would. No responsibility is being taken.

  They have outstanding customer service and my dry cleaning is always impeccable. Quick and convenient as well. They get you your clothes back in 24 hrs.

  Outstanding service, friendly, and fast. I love that they offer a pick-up and delivery option and highly recommend it. It's locally owned, and the owner makes sure that everything is the highest quality possible.
