::I, started kickboxing 2 yrs back and its an awesome experience when compared to gym. Here they train like anything getting drained out at the end of the day. Just not lifting heavy weights does't reduce to burn calories but here in GO-FOR IT KICKBOXING they train in such a manner it will be both combination of weights and cardio workouts. At the end of the day i highly recommend everybody to join this school if u people want to get in shape and stay healthy. So please join Go- for it kickboxing spend at least 1 hr a day for workouts and get in shape rather not just loading calories in ur body like stacking money ($) in saving's account.

::Ever since I was introduced to this amazing place by Groupon I haven't looked back! I absolutely love coming here! If you want to get in shape and still have fun while you're doing it, then this is the place to be! The classes here are more than just kickboxing classes, they are tough love boot camp classes mixed with fun kickboxing combos & techniques. The instructors give you that much needed extra push to go beyond strengths you didn't know you had and they care about helping you reach your goals! The members are great down to earth people that will keep you motivated as well! You must check this place out, you'll be glad that you did!

::Gym? Who needs it? You can stay there for hours and feel like you didn't get anything done. At Go For It Kickboxing, all the staff are professionals. They know how to get the most bang for your buck in your workout. Its a fast hour you'll be done before you know it. Great for all fitness levels as the trainers know how to modify for the less experienced. They don't make you feel stupid, but welcome, like you are with family. What are you waiting for? Go For It Kickboxing is where its at!!

::I just started a couple of weeks ago and i love it. Its great. The instructors are great. They push you. You sweat. Nothing like the gym. If you really want to lose wait go for it kick boxing!!!!
