  Said that their would be no issue picking my car up by a certain date. Car was finally picked up two weeks later after deadline. Was quoted $925 and then was charged $1025 (They said they got the deposit amount wrong and I would be contacted by account to fix it) Well they said that they couldn't fix it; and now I'm out an extra $100 due to their clerical issues. 0/10

  horrible experience. lie after lie. they say they will call u back, but they wont. very good liars can not keep there stories straight. DO NOT DO BIZ WITH THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT A HUGE HEADACHE AND LOTS OF STRESS

  I didn't have an experience with any car shipping company so tried global first and got booked with them. The reason I chose Global was the shipping quote. It was fair and in addition I got also a student discount on my quote. I decided to use enclosed car transport services for my classic to protect my baby. My complaint is about the pickup schedule! Although we agreed on the date of pick up on my shipping contract I got a call from the driver 2 days earlier than it was specified on contract. So due to the fact that the car won't be ready to pick up in that time I was forced to wait to get a call from another driver. Finally my car got picked up with the second driver 1 days later than we were agreed in advance.

  My shipping was to Seattle, WA. I wish I had more communication with driver during the shipment to be more informed about the status of my 2011 Mitsubishi Galant. I was nervous about it so had to call my contact in office Elena and to bother with my questions. Eventually, my car arrived in 3 days in a great shape! Thanks Elena you did more than your driver!

  I booked my order very early about two weeks ago but Nick was very friendly and often sent email reminders about my order. Driver called me a day before pickup to remind he would be at 10am in the morning. Everything went smoothly. I arranged my brother to meet the driver on delivery. My 2010 nissan rogue arrived dusty which was not nice but understandable since it was open trailer. Nothing was stolen or damaged. Great job will definitely be back!
