::This is the worst nail salon I have ever been too...They have poor customer service from the ghetto that do not know how to be professional. They take forever; 2 hours doing an acrylic nail set. They are not clean although the appearance of the shop is new because they just opened a few months ago but it is poorly maintained equipment and not sanitary. The best thing there I must say is the wine that they offer to teenagers that are getting there nail set. UGH!! this needs to be looked at by the Better Business Bureau.

::Went in 2 hours before closing the staff was sitting around giving each other pedi and mani to each other and was told they're close and sent away, never went back

::From booking my appointment to walking out I had a great customer service. The nail techs are nice and social. I love the way my nails came out. Thank you guys.

::Hello ladies and Gents , let me say that this nail bar brings fab to the FDR , and the decor is cute something like a love and hip hop feel. The Front desk personnel are professional YET THE NAILS ARE HORRIBLE . I showed the Gentleman a picture of my nails less than 48 hours. Why do I need a fill- in and its white stuff around the nail as if it is lifting. I did tell the gentleman he seemed like OK I will take a picture. I really wanted a refund. He expressed that the nail tech was not on today. She can not redo my nails I will post a picture. The bad part is my son paid for it.

::The professionalism of this place is horrible. Employees hanging out and drinking as if they're not at their workplace. When I arrived, no one acknowledged me whatsoever and it took 15 minutes for the young Asian woman at the front desk to realize I was waiting for a mani/pedi. She was too busy drinking and socializing with a group of customers in the waiting area. If I wasn't too tired to walk anywhere else, i would've definitely left. Also, The gel mani wasn't even worth it since it started peeling after only a few days. Worst nail salon I've ever visited, I wish I spent my money elsewhere.
