  They have this sign all over the office, I signed in at 12:10 pm, it is now 3:13 pm and the doctor had yet to see me. Can someone get them to take these down please. UPDATE although it took over 3 hours to be seen, the physician was really sweet and showed a genuine interest for my well being. For that I added a star, still take the sign down though.

  While I've only met Dr. Sebastiano once, I've been to this clinic a lot over the last few years. The residents and nurses keep the place running for 7 days a week, often later than most other offices. They take care of me pretty quickly and remember their patients and records well. They know just what to ask and what to check for, and can check for infections and do certain tests on-site. Whether I'm there for a checkup and bloodwork, sickness, sprains -- anything -- they get me straightened out very quickly. Especially Angelina, she's always on top of everything. Sometimes if there's only one resident available -- like on a Sunday -- there might be small delay in the waiting room but considering it's a Sunday, I'm willing to wait 20 minutes here rather than having to take a day off to go somewhere else. Once I was in the room, I was out in 10 minutes, problem solved.

  My family and I have been coming here for a couple of years. The staff is very attentive. They give you amazing care. Even when it comes to filling out paperwork and getting referrals. They are always on point. They are also great in following up labs etc. I recommend my friends and family here all the time and none have been disappointed.

  Glendale family medicine has the absolute worst patient service. I was unable to be seen because of a billing issue on THEIR END. and the PA REFUSED to see me. The front desk associate refused to assist aside from telling me that I can't be seen and then when asked for her name stated that she "does not have a name" is this the way medical professionals are supposed to act toward their patients when THEY are the ones who messed up and are poorly running a healthcare facility??? I was sick and coughing in their wait room and they couldn't give two sh*ts.

  My family and I have been going to this center for years now. Dr. Sebastiano and team are great!! They get right to the matter with love and care, and the best part is they are open on Sundays. Thank you Dr. Sebastiano, Angelina, Beatrice and wonderful staff for your kind help and attention. To the unhappy people change your cheap insurance, that has nothing to do with the Dr.
