  I STILL CAN’T BELIEVE IT! I felt so bad for my husband after going to this place. After going in for a simple oil change and inspection he comes back to his front bumper backed into and damaged. Not to insult any of the owners, but with all the vehicles in that drive way that some looked like they have been in wars... my husbands had to be the one parked on the street away from the shop to be damaged? Then to say “oh we can touch that up”? I as woman who knows nothing about cars, knows how ugly touch up paint looks on a car. Ppl just stay away!!

  PLEASE DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE!!! I brought my vehicle in to get serviced and came back to see my car damaged. Why would you park my car on the street, around the corner from the shop where you can’t see it to have another car back into it and ruin my bumper? Then have the audacity to tell me “ it’s ok the huge scratch and dents are on the seam, we can touch that up.” That is not the point nor the solution I was looking for. I got in my car and left. This was such a careless thing to do. I didn’t get any help or any resolution from Glendale Auto Tech, but I did get a quote from an auto body shop. $450-$500 to fix my bumper. I only hope ppl stay away from this place. I would never want this to happen to anyone else!!!

  Please don’t go here! They ruined my brother’s bumper by parking his car around the corner after they serviced it. Someone backed into his car causing a huge scratch and dent. Why would you park a customers car where you can’t visibly see it? Anything could of happened and unfortunately it did. I feel so bad for my brother, now he has to pay $450-$500 to fix his bumper.

  Very polite, very honest and very helpful. [As a woman I am always skeptical dealing with mechanics because they seem to take advange and are not really truthful or helpful.] I have NOT had this experience here. They have always treated me with respect, very honest when it came to telling me what was wrong with my car. They were not quick to charge me for just looking at my car, Which made me feel comfortable that they were not rip offs just looking to make a buck. My father in law has always gone to them for years, until he moved away. Now this is our go to place.
