  Awful experience! Christine is so rude! I Don’t know why you would hire someone who clearly isn’t happy there. The other staff were great. It takes 5 positive experiences to overcome a negative.

  Great selection of beers, liquors, and wines. The staff is always very helpful and they have some great deals on wines. I have noticed the beer prices are not as cheap as other places, but they always have a great selection that's constantly rotating. If you're a member, you get discounts on certain items and sales.

  If you are into wines, this is the place to go. Huge selection of wines from around the world, catering to just about everyone's taste. All the staff we interacted with were very friendly and helpful. My only complaint is they have a very limited selection of other alcohol. Being name Bottle King, you would expect a good selection of everything. If you're looking for something other than wine, you're better off going some place else.

  Great, clean, well- organized store with helpful and knowledgeable staff. I was short on time when I came here to shop, and the employees were ready to help upon request. In addition, many of their other customers were really nice too, offering unbiased recommendations on what to buy when I only had a general description of an item to get (ie. California Chardonnay).

  The prices are right, especially for Bergen County. The staff is knowledgeable and proactive. I got a lesson on bourbon and made a great choice because of one of the staff members taking an interest. Register staff keeps lines moving. Plenty of parking, too. Sometimes the selection might come a little shy, but if you ask, they'll be able to tell you immediately if they have it or not, and if not, then offer you a similar product.
