::AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I am new to NY and I'm a medical student. My car was hit on the street one snow day and there wasn't a lot of body damage but the steering and alignment was severely impacted so I could not drive the car. This place approached me after and said they could take care of it. BIGGEST MISTAKE! My car was at the shop for over two months and they never called to give me status updates or why things were taking so long. They went back and forth with my insurance and after a month said the car might be totaled. My insurance sent their adjuster who said it wasn't. No one informed me ever about anything, I always had to call the shop and chase them down for the slightest bit of information and worst of all when I finally got the car back with shooty work it had broken glass all over it and tons of things were missing and stolen. I move around a lot and left a luggage with spare sheets, a garment bag with a suit, and just car stereo AUX cord and blue tooth converter. All stolen!!! I was tremendously patient and respectful with them and when I called to ask about the stolen things they hung up on me when I was rightly upset. They don't tell you that your car is a free for all while it's at the shop and people will steal everything of value until it's too late or tell you to take your things out. They don't communicate and they don't do good work. Go somewhere else with your business. They have a giant sign in their shop that says that it's your choice where to get your car fixed, I highly recommend you take your business elsewhere no reason to subject yourself to such service.

::This are real crooks, be careful, if you don't know about cars they will rip you off. I brought my vehicle for repair, the insurance paid for new parts to be install, They made me wait 1.5 month, when asked them why they were taking so long, the guy said that they couldn’t find the parts, I told him I checked in the dealer and they had it, he said that they were looking in the Junk yard, I told them the insurance company had paid full price for the part that cost $491.00 dollars list price, insurance paid $561.00 so why he didn’t get it, he said that the same part cost them $2000.00 dollars at the dealer, right there I noticed that this guy is a liar, did not change what they were supposed to, pocket the money for the new parts, they seems to be nice, but be careful if you know about cars you will know right away, they give you prices about parts that are not real, so they don’t have to buy it new, the paint job was ok, but whatever they touched, they broke, part that they were not suppose to touch they broke it, not only that, I have to take the vehicle to the dealer because rear ac not working, DVD player not working, and rear lift gate not working after they worked in my vehicle, The dealer have found out, that part were missing from the vehicle somebody took them out, that was why rear ac and DVD were not working, lift gate was force when they did the paint job, they broke the Cylinders. Also do not leave anything in your vehicle when you take it to them, because you won’t find it, I lost a few personal things, that I had in my vehicle, I claim the manager and he told me to ask the workers about it, very irresponsible, not honest, this is the last place that you should to take your vehicle to. NOT honest

::Took my car here to get my front bumper fixed after an accident and the owner and his team did an awesome repair job. The paint job they did was just beautiful!! They are very attentive. Always available to answer any questions or concerns. The owner is always on hand which was great. I give 4 stars because the repair took a little longer than expected but overall great reliable place to get repairs done. Definitely would be going back if need be. I'm so happy! Loving how great my car looks 🙂
