  We booked last minute with a gentleman named Steven in the office. Service by him was superb, he took care of us, and the process, with more professionalism than any other previous hotel in the area. He assured the process went smoothly for us and even provided recommendations for enjoying the area that we are greatly glad we followed. An evening that was potentially going to be exhausting and miserable was made relaxing and smooth by him. The best customer service I've had to date and a great hotel with personality and a clean comfortable stay. Lots of space and very clean. But in the end. It's the service and handling of us as individuals that's will be making it so we stay with them every time we come. Cheers!

  I like staying in this complex! It is convenient to the Hollywood stars and the areas around it. I never felt unsafe staying here because I needed a key fob to enter on both sides of the building. My only complaint is that the club downstairs is very loud and could be heard from the 3rd floor in which I was staying in. Club music was played the 4 nights I was there, I'm a heavy sleeper so it didn't bother me much but it did take me longer to fall asleep because of it.

  Just don't go here. It looks nice when you walk in, once you start to look around you realize everything is just falling apart and mold is everywhere. Also, while checking in you may get charged the extra 200 dollar fee that you don't get told about. Our room was put right next to a nightclub so I had to listen to party Rock anthem at least 5 times before I had the chance to pass out at 2 in the morning. The neighborhood is very unsafe. Just stay away

  Wenn ich sagen würde, dass es eine Katastrophe war, wäre es untertrieben. Die Lüftung/Klimaanlage Schimmelt. Es ist dreckig. Die Fenster zu wurden anscheinend noch nie geputzt. Die Küche ist ein einziger Wasserschaden. Die Bettdecken (die eigentlich nur ein sehr dünnes Bettlaken war) hatten rote Flecken. Die Fenster kann man nicht öffnen und die Rollos sind kaputt. Man kann die Türen nicht schließen - was bei der Badezimmertür nicht wirklich schön ist. Und was das aller aller schlimmste ist: direkt unter unserem Zimmer ist ein wirklich sehr gut besuchter Nachtclub der an lauter Musik nicht geizt. Also für den Partyuraub wäre es die beste Lage , aber für alle Leute, die einfach Sightseeing machen und schlafen wollen, eine einzige Katastrophe. Die angeschaltete Klimaanlage hat eine Öffnung im Badezimmer, beider überschüssiges Wasser ins Waschbecken tropft. Leider ist jeder Tropfen gut gefüllt mit schwarzem Schimmel, der dann auch gerne mal das ganz Waschbecken und den Spiegel verschmutzt... der Pool Ist auch nicht wie beschrieben bei der Unterkunft , sondern 5 Blocks weiter und sehr umständlich dort hin zu kommen, weil man erst den Schlüssel braucht, dann dauert es ewig bis man Handtücher bekommt. Mal abgesehen davon waren in der Unterkunft nur 3 Handtücher für 4 Leute ....... also wohl Gefühlt haben wir uns hier nicht! ..... Unser Ansprechpartner hat sich wirklich sehr bemüht uns alles recht zu machen und hat versucht alles für uns zu tun. Also vom Service her kann man sich nicht beschweren, er war wirklich immer erreichbar aber es ist von der Unterkunft her definitiv noch Luft nach oben .

  Great location, perfect price for what you get. Definitely more like you're own apartment rather than a hotel room
