::Lance was such an amazing host. The house felt just like staying at a hotel, but with a great homely touch. Lance was very accommodating, he let us check in early to relax after our flight and even let us leave our luggage there after check out so we could explore the city a bit more luggage free. Our room was comfortable, the bed was with clean sheets and comfortable pillows, and had a fridge as well. Overall, it was such an amazing experience!! Thank you Lance!"

::Such a cozy and welcoming place! Impeccably clean, on a quiet street, perfect location when you need to go to Harvard yard where I had a conference. 5 minutes walk from bus and or subway to Boston. Beds large and comfortable. Free coffee and small snacks in the morning. Spacious living room and diner can be used by all guests.

The location is great with lots of restaurants, shops and transit options in easy walking distance. Super clean and well-equipped! ::We were so happy staying at the Ginkgo House during our stay in Cambridge. The location was just a short walk to the Central Square T stop so very convenient for visiting both Harvard and MIT. It was superbly clean and well appointed with lovely decorations and a spacious room with a modern bathroom. Nancy and Lance were both excellent hosts and did everything to make sure we had a lovely stay. My wife and I will definitely return the next time we make a trip back. Thank you

::This place was absolutely fantastic! I stayed for nearly a month and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a well-located, spacious and well lit room with most of the amenities you can need! The hosts are incredibly kind and welcoming - they made my stay super comfortable. This was well located for me, between Harvard and MIT and with a Whole Foods nearby. The common areas are well kept and I found it easy to work from there when I was bored of my room!
