  I recently put in an order with this company for the first time. I have been in the giftware business for over 30 years and have never had the problems that I encountered with a company as I have had since April of this year. The representative That was supposed to take care of our company absolutely threw us to the wolves having orders trickling in later than two months after the initial order was placed. Orders were not right, displays were not sent until weeks after products were sent, so many shipping fees on small packages that were sent anywhere from weeks up 2 months after delivery date. After calling directly to the main office speaking to mr. Carson himself they were absolutely not able to do anything but to offer free shipping and a possible discount with each Merchant that they represent. It is very sad to have done a customer this way who had a brand-new shop trying to outfit it in a reasonable time period. I will never do business with them again since they absolutely did not make this right . Southerndipidy in Jasper, Ga.
