  This by FAR the BEST shop in Miami. I bring multiple cars here and Jorge and his staff always provide the best service available. Great price, always on time and they go the extra mile to make sure everything is to your liking. Recommended to anyone who is looking for an auto shop in the Miami area.

  I brought in a brand new BMW that had been crashed in to. From the start I knew Jorge would be taking in the business. He wasn’t on the phone making phone calls asking his partners what they “thought the approximate” cost would be. They didn’t say “car is too new.” He immediately replied “OF COURSE I CAN DO IT”...with that being said he had a quote in minutes and was on the phone with insurance that same day. My car was apart and being worked on the next day when I was willing to drop it off. It was a painless process and Jorge was in frequent communication through it all. When I picked up the car it looked the same as when I had purchased it. Amazing work and in a timely manner. Not to mention, I was also able to speak to the gentleman that was working on the car the entire time. He explained what he was doing and that assured me a great job was being done. I can’t thank the staff enough!!

  GREAT SERVICE!!! Giant Motors is located in the heart of Downtown Miami. The guys are super nice and trust worthy! They gave me an accurate price and they had my bumper repairs done quicker than quoted. Thanks again guys!!

  The service was outstanding for the minute of made my first call and selected Giant motors to repair my car. I drove there and already Jorge had Hertz car rental on their way to pick me up to Pick up rent a car. Jorge told me the car would be repaired and ready within a timeframe and when I called the car was ready to go. Jorge and his staff are very professional and efficient. I would highly recommend Giant Motors.

  Awesome service that I would highly recommend!!! I usually don't take the time to write reviews, but making an exception in this case because I had such a positive experience. I had a minor fender bender a while back and put off getting my car fixed for a year because I figured it would be a painful experience and just didn't want to deal with it. When I finally took my car to Giant though, everything was easy, straightforward and painfree. Here were the things I really liked about Giant: (A) my car came back looking brand new, (B) they did the work in just a single day, (C) George and Chris were very communicative and helpful, (D) there were several other minor issues with my car that they fixed free of charge. On that last point, for example, my driver's side window wasn't working (the issue was totally unrelated to the fender bender). A Subaru dealership had previously told me it would cost $300+ to replace the window control panel. The Giant guys, on the other hand, were able to fiddle with it and now the window works perfectly. Best of all, Giant didn't charge me a single penny for doing so.
