  Same experience as many of the reviews, no out of order sign on the drier we used. No customer service, I don't expect amazing customer service at a laundromat but this was non-existent. The attendant refused to give us our money back.

  Most of the machines don't work and neither do the driers😣there was no sign on the particular dryer I used so I lost money and there's nobody in charge around. We waited for a long time, had to spend more to dry our clothes n when we complained the guy said they'd return our money and took down our contact details..We never heard from them😝

  Unfortunately this is the closest laundromat to my house. A good half of the machines have signs that say “out of order”, several other machines aren’t marked “out of order”, but still don’t work, but have no problem taking your money. If you’re lucky enough to find someone working there, you MIGHT get them to give you your money back for another working machine. Tonight I had to wash clothes for a trip I have tomorrow morning, and I had put my clothes in the dryer (the 2nd time I had to dry my clothes due to crappy machines), and had walked around the corner to my house. 30 minutes later I walked back to the laundromat, since this is the time my clothes were suppose to be dry, and when I arrived, the lady had locked the store, and ran out 25 minutes before closing time... and this is knowing that my clothes were in the machine. I HIGHLY recommend using a different laundromat. This place is WAY over priced, has barely any decent working machines, and never has staff on property except to close and open the place. It’s amazing they are still in business!!!

  I frequently go here to wash dog beds and blankets and other heavier items. Sure, some of the washers don't work, but the woman who owns it is very nice; she gave me laundry detergent for 2 loads on my first visit because I had forgotten it. She also is running it by herself since her husband died. Her business does the job -- she is a small business owner so give it a break, people!

  No customer service broken machine also they don’t wanna answer your call this place is totally disgusting the neighborhood
