Caring, knowledgeable and helpful staff. Generally very quick to fill while waiting. Been using for years without any concerns.

I bought spicy tuna last week. That is not fresh rice is hard and tuna is dark brown color in sushi and fishy. I think that is leftover sushi.

Their staffs are not properly trained, or they are just not honest. They posted many signs of "No Fee Flu Shot" in front of the pharmacy. But after my 10-minutes line-up, 5-minutes medical form filing with my UnitedHealthcare insurance card, 20-minutes waiting, and few more minutes line-up again, I was told that I need to pay $25 for the flu-shot without any explanation. I asked the reason and they just said my insurance company rejected it. I called UnitedHealthcare and they confirmed that the flu shot should be free but the Pharmacy should run it through "Medical". I called Giant Pharmacy back, and then they said they don't do that. They also mentioned that some of their customer didn't mind to pay for the $25, so it appears I'm the cheapskate in this case. Since UnitedHealthcare is one of the largest health-care companies, I assumed Giant Pharmacy has had many customers came with UnitedHealthcare card for flu-shot before. But they simply didn't mention anything when I carried the UnitedHealthcare card in, and pretended they didn't know why after the process was denied. They let me waited, and asked for the $25 and assumed that I didn't know UnitedHealthcare covers 100% of the flu-shot. I don't think it's an honest way for them to run business this way.
