  I would rate this GG&D negative 0 the girls are the rudest!!! No type of respect for the simples questions. If they hate their job so much they should look for something else! %100 RUDE

  Such a bad experience, don’t come here ! Very rude to customers, the lady that did my parallel/road testing seemed like she was forced to work, super stuck up & I wasn’t able to understand she doesn’t speak properly. It’s like they fail you on purpose,their explanation doesn’t seem to add up. I would give it 0 stars .

  If you have any hearing difficulties, do not go here. The two workers I spoke with were behind thick glass & did not speak up.

  Terrible customer service. The employee that was "helping" me was incredibly rude, had outdated information, and refused to help me because of THEIR incorrect and outdated info. The "manager" came out and parroted the same thing the employee said, which was incorrect and outdated. Either their systems don't update properly, or the employees at this location are just so inept that they can't see past their own pride to admit that they made a mistake and finish helping the customer. One of the employees was wearing a playboy bunny sweater, so clearly this location has no standards whatsoever for their employees. I've been to the other location on Indian School and the employees there are amazing. Nice, understanding, seem to take some pride in their job, and will get you taken care of. In short, save yourself a lot of wasted time and either go to the DMV, or go to another location.

  CALLed in and i got "Lazy Lauren".... i stated i was from out of state so i have no clue how to register a vehicle and i was asking her to give me the cost of my registration.."so that i can have all the money i need on arrival." This unprofessional says there is no way she can tell. i say look it up..she says, "i cant, you have to come to the office to find out how much your registration is." huh? that is stupid! so i ask her, "cant u take my info and look it up?" she again says no. So i hang up, call the dmv listed right under them "Arizona MVD" ( U GUYS ROCK!)..and guess what..its $95. took 3mins. I would never ever ever ever recommend this place all because of Laurens lack of enthusiasm to do the tasks at hand, her job. U think people wanna show up, wait in line, to get registration price only to have to leave to get more money?...U R a customer service dummy!!!!! do not spend here...who the hell is the manager? she is a reflection of you sir or mam....get it together. Never Never go here!
