  Awesome and reliable service! Idan was the locksmith sent out to rekey a few of the locks on my new home. He was super knowledgeable on what needed to be done, especially when the locks on my doors were all made by different brands. He knew what part was needed to make it work, and he was able to get all the different locks in my house to be under one key. I would definitely recommend Get Locksmith, and would use them again.

  A NIGHTMARE to work with! We called Get Locksmith to change 5 locks in the office. We received same day service (Monday 4/2). On arrival the technician was buzzed in and was shown which locks were needed to be changed. He said there would be no problem, but he would change the locks on Tuesday 4/3 afternoon. On Wednesday (4/4) morning our keypad to unlock the door was no longer functioning and you were able to pull open the door. Our door no longer locks. This is a big safety issue for us.We gave Get Locksmith a call informing them of our problem and asked them to please send a technician out to us to fix the issue. Our buzzer lock was working just fine before the technician changed the locks. They send a technician out the next day just for him to say there was nothing that he could do, and that he would have to send the head technician out. I called everyday for a week to try and get a technician out to the office. I talked to David (dispatcher) a few times through the week and got nowhere! Idan (head technician) spoke to my manager and said they were going to try and find someone to fix our buzzer problem (that was on Friday 4/13). No one followed up. The level of lack of professionalism was ridiculous. Finally, I called back today (4/17) and was told they are very sorry but, they have no one that can help us with our problem because they do not deal with buzzer locks. After stringing us along for over a week they provided no solution for us. Left us hanging high and dry. DO NOT USE GET LOCKSMITH! BUYER BEWARE!

  This guys are life saver.. after trying to find a place to make a new key for my vehicle for weeks, I finally found locksmith services. The greatest part was that they got a whole new key along with the alarm in just minutes. They are very professional, efficient and affordable. I’m so happy with their services. Guys save yourselves money and time with locksmith instead of going to a dealership. :)) Ps: this is the first time in my life giving a review because it’s worth it.

  I went to this location so they can help me fix my car key remote. Their only female representative was EXTREMELY nice and helpful. Edan the technician was exceptional professional and fast. He fixed my car remote and programmed it on the spot! No need to go to the dealership and spend an arm and a leg! This place is very reasonably priced and fast! I will definitely refer all my friends and family to them!!

  Thank you for making our life so easy!!! This company came on time as promised to give us an estimate for replacing our locks on all of our company vehicles! On the spot we closed on an excellent price. The work was done so professionally and efficiently. No lock was broken, every key and new clicker worked with no problem. We had such a great experience that we recommend them to all of our customers! We are so grateful that we found your company because finding honest and decent locksmiths is very difficult.
